1. What we deliver

StructOrder is a digital software service, not a physical good. Access delivered electronically via your account at structorder.com.

2. Geography

Available wherever Stripe and our infrastructure operate; some regions restricted by processor or sanctions compliance.

3. Processing time

Upon payment, access provisions immediately (typically minutes). If delayed beyond 72 hours, contact support@structorder.com.

4. Delivery method

Service access: your online account (no download required). Exports: generated on demand as file downloads (lossless). Large exports may be prepared asynchronously.

5. Delays & failures

If access not granted after payment, we (a) correct within 72 hours, or (b) refund per the Refund policy. Not liable for delays from your network, browser, or third-party processors.

6. No physical shipping

No physical goods, carriers, or tracking numbers.
