1. Who we are

StructOrder is operated by Simon Janes (sole proprietor), State of Kansas, United States. Contact: privacy@structorder.com. Mailing: 22052 W. 66th St Ste 209, Shawnee, KS 66226 USA.

2. What we collect

Account data (email, display name, hashed credentials); manuscript content you create or import; payment metadata via our processor Stripe (never full card/CVC); [optional] usage telemetry; device/network data (IP, user-agent).

3. How we use it

Provide the service; bill via Stripe; support you; secure the platform; improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing with processors

Stripe (payment), Amazon Web Services (hosting/infrastructure). Processors are bound by contracts limiting use to our instructions. We do not currently use third-party analytics.

5. Your manuscript is yours

StructOrder is built so you keep ownership and control (Ownership Archive). Export your work in full, at any time, losslessly. We do not hold your drafts hostage.

6. Retention

Account + manuscript data for the life of your account and 30 days after deletion. If payment fails and is not resolved, we retain your data for 90 days from the first failed attempt so you can return and export it, after which the account may be closed and data removed (see the Refund policy). Payment records retained as required by law. Request deletion anytime (export first if you want a copy).

7. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest; least-privilege access; routine review. Report concerns to privacy@structorder.com.

8. Your rights

Access, correction, export, deletion, objection — subject to legal retention. Exercise via your account settings or by emailing privacy@structorder.com.
