1. The service

StructOrder is a structure-first author-augmentation tool. It catches a broken world in your manuscript — structural and consistency issues — not style or voice. Not a substitute for editorial, legal, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have a parent/guardian's agreement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your login and content, and you keep full ownership of your manuscript. You warrant that the content you create or import is yours or that you have the rights to it, and you grant StructOrder only the limited processing rights needed to provide the service.

4. Payment

Subscriptions billed via Stripe (see pricing). Plans renew automatically until cancelled; notice before renewal where required.

5. You own your book — we don't hold it hostage

One-click cancel and lossless export. No "suspend" or other billing traps. Cancellation takes effect at period end.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, infringement of others' rights, or abuse of the service or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights, consistent with applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

Provided "as is," warranties disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. Output is assistive; you are responsible for your final work.

8. Limitation of liability

Limited to the amount paid in the preceding [12] months; no liability for indirect/consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may end the relationship; export your data during a 30-day window.

10. Governing law

Laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without conflict-of-law effect.
